Tarihin Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga Yoga wani salo ne na yoga wanda ke jaddada aiki tare da numfashi tare da takamaiman jerin matsayi. Sri K. Pattabhi Jois ne ya haɓaka shi a farkon karni na 20 a Mysore, Indiya.

An haifi Sri K. Pattabhi Jois a ranar 26 ga Yuli, 1915, a wani karamin kauye a Karnataka, Indiya. Ya kasance dalibi na babban malamin yoga Sri T. Krishnamacharya, wanda aka sani da girmamawa ga keɓance ayyukan yoga don dacewa da bukatun kowane ɗalibi.
